The most common complication of pregnancy and childbirth is related to mental health, yet so many suffer in silence. Adjusting to new parenthood can be much more emotionally overwhelming than we are prepared for. Dark or scary thoughts may arise and it can be hard to ask for help. Needing to process and heal emotionally after a difficult birth is often painfully misunderstood. The grief of fertility challenges and heartbreak of pregnancy loss are heavy to carry. We aren't meant to navigate the ups and downs of family building alone, and I am here to help guide you on your journey. As a therapist, I integrate my professional expertise with passion for empowering folks to survive and thrive during the reproductive and early parenting years. My goal is to provide a meaningful impact to clients by offering compassionate support and guidance through collaborative goals and therapy plans tailored to their needs.
